ICFAI University Mizoram

The ICFAI University, Mizoram was established on 19th October, 2006 under the provisions of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Mizoram Act 2006, (Act No. 4 of 2006), vide Notification No. B.12012/2/2006-EDC. It is also a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, London and Member of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

The University believes in creating and disseminating knowledge and skills in core and frontier areas through innovative research, educational programs, consulting and publishing, and developing a new cadre of professionals with a high level of competence and deep sense of ethics and commitment to the code of professional conduct.

ICFAI University offers a number of educational programs in management, science & technology, arts and commerce at bachelor's and master's level on full-time campus and distance learning formats.

UG Programs

Candidates should have completed their Class XII (any discipline) with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

PG Programs

  1. MBA
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in (any discipline) with minimum 45% of aggregate marks. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

  2. MSW
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in relevant discipline with minimum 40% of aggregate marks. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

  3. MCom
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in Commerce or an allied discipline with minimum 40% of aggregate marks. Graduates from other disciplines may submit an application to the Registrar for special consideration. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

  4. MA (Pol.Sc)
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in any discipline with a minimum aggregate marks of 40% or more. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

  5. MA (Eng)
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in English or an allied discipline with minimum 40% aggregate marks. Graduates from other disciplines may submit an application to the Registrar for special consideration. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

  6. MA (Education)
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in Education or an allied discipline with minimum 40% aggregate marks. Graduates from other disciplines may submit an application to the Registrar for special consideration. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

  7. MA (History)
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in History or an allied discipline with minimum 40% aggregate marks. Graduates from other disciplines may submit an application to the Registrar for special consideration. Final year students awaiting results may also apply.

  8. MA (Economics)
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in Economics or an allied discipline with aggregate marks of 40% or more. Graduates from other disciplines may submit an application to the Registrar for special consideration. Students awaiting results may also apply.

  9. MA (Mizo & Cultural Studies)
    Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in Mizo or an allied discipline with minimum 40% aggregate marks.     Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have completed their graduation in Geography or an allied discipline with minimum 40% aggregate marks. ICFAI Mizoram Admission

The ICFAI university accepts online applications for admission to various courses through its official website www.iumizoram.edu.in. The university issues detailed guidelines, including admission timeline, eligibility requirements and fees details etc. every year. Generally, admissions are open in May/June. However, for some courses there may be two or more intakes. See latest notifications.

The ICFAI University Mizoram has good bi-lateral relations with industry employers.
